DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO DROP OFF MY COMPUTER?

No appointment necessary. Just bring in your computer, charger and drop it off during store hours. We will diagnose your computer and get back to you with repair options normally within 24 hours.

DO I NEED TO BRING IN ANY ACCESSORIES ALONG WITH MY COMPUTER FOR REPAIR?

Normally we ask that you bring your charger for your laptop. If you are bringing a desktop we do not need any peripherals unless you are experiencing technical issues with a mouse, keyboard, or monitor as well as the computer.

I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A COMPANY CLAIMING TO BE MICROSOFT TECHNICAL SUPPORT, IS THIS REAL?

This is a well known scam and you should not entertain them or their offers. It is recommended that you bring in your computer for diagnosis as it may have been compromised.

DO YOU FIX CELL PHONES?

We stopped repairing cell phones in 2017. If you need a screen fixed, or any other repair, you can call us and we will refer you to a specialist.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Computer repair normally takes 1-3 business days unless parts need to be ordered. We offer express service for an extra fee if you need immediate assistance.

DO YOU MAKE HOUSE CALLS?

Yes, we can. We also can arrange for pickup/ drop-off service for your equipment as well.

DOES DART COMPUTER SELL COMPUTERS?

Yes we do. We sell laptops, desktops both new and refurbished. We also custom build Gaming Towers that come with a 3 year warranty.
